Terms of rendering the state service:

      for translation:

      from the moment of delivery of the package of documents to the service provider – within one month, but not later than five days before the beginning of the next examination session of the host educational organization.

      In case of moving of parents or legal representatives of the minor trained to other place of residence, its transfer not in the vacation period at representation of supporting documents is allowed.

      for restoration:

      from the moment of delivery of the package of documents to the service provider – within two weeks from the date of its submission;

      to restore the deductions during the semester for non-payment of tuition, in case of debt repayment:

      within four weeks after the day of deduction upon presentation of the document on repayment of the debt on payment, within three working days;

      the maximum allowable waiting time for the delivery of documents by the service recipient is 15 minutes;

      the maximum allowable service time is 15 minutes.

      The list of documents necessary for the purpose of rendering the state service for transfer to other organization of education at the address of the service recipient to the service provider:

      1) transfer application (in any form);

      2) a copy of the student’s record book (or progress book), certified by the signature of the head of the educational organization, from where he is transferred.

      The list of documents necessary for the purpose of rendering the state service for restoration at the address of the service recipient to the service provider:

      1) application for restoration (in any form);

      2) certificate issued to persons who have not completed education in the form approved by the order of the Minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2009 No. 289 “on approval of forms of certificate issued to persons who have not completed education” (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 5717).

      For students on a paid basis, deducted during the semester for non-payment of tuition, a document on repayment of arrears of payment.
