Extract from the admission rules 2021
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons with basic secondary, general secondary (general secondary), technical and vocational, post-secondary (primary vocational and secondary vocational), higher education (higher professional), as well as persons with special educational needs are accepted to the State Enterprise "Aktobe Higher Polytechnic College" for PCV with a document (certificate, certificate) of education.
When applying for training, an admission quota is provided for persons defined by paragraph 8 of Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education".
The form of passing the entrance exams is testing.
Enrollment of persons for training in educational organizations is carried out according to the applications of persons on a competitive basis.
Acceptance of applications of persons for training in the educational organization is carried out:
for full–time education by state order - from June 25 to August 18;
for correspondence courses – from June 25 to September 20;
Applicants must attach the following documents to the application for admission to college:
To the service provider:
application for acceptance of documents;
the original of the document on education;
photos 3x4 cm in size in the amount of 4 pieces;
medical certificate form No. 075-U;
To the portal:
application of one of the parents (or other legal representatives) of the service recipient in the form of an electronic document signed by the EDS of his representative, indicating the actual place of residence of the service recipient;
electronic copy of the document on education or the document on education in electronic form;
electronic copies of documents of medical certificates in form No. 075-U;
a 3x4 cm digital photo, information about the identity document of the service recipient;
The documents for admission are presented personally by the applicant or his legal representatives.
Persons entering college, for whom an admission quota is provided, submit documents confirming the category.
Entrance exams for applicants to study:
for applicants with basic secondary education (grades 9) – three subjects:
compulsory subject (Kazakh or Russian);
two subjects in the specialty profile;
for applicants with general secondary education - four subjects:
compulsory subject (Kazakh or Russian, history of Kazakhstan);
two subjects in the specialty profile;
The competition is held on the basis of points (grades) obtained by the results of entrance examinations conducted by the college.
A person who does not agree with the results of the entrance exams submits an application for appeal.
The application for appeal is submitted to the appeal commission before 13.00 hours of the next day after the announcement of the results of the entrance exams and is considered by the appeal commission with the participation of the applicant within one working day from the date of submission of the application.
Enrollment in the students according to the educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education, providing for the training of middle-level specialists, applied bachelor, is carried out by order of the head of the College on the basis of the minutes of the meeting of the admissions committee:
for full–time study - until August 31 of the calendar year;
for correspondence studies – until September 30 of the calendar year;
Information on the results of enrollment is brought to the attention of applicants for full–time education, providing for the training of mid-level specialists, by August 31 of the calendar year, for correspondence education - by September 30 of the calendar year by admissions committees by posting on information stands or on the Internet resources of the College.
