On February 20, 2020 the solemn opening of the Open Heart Volunteer Club was organized by the Educational Department of the Higher Polytechnic College of Aktobe and the head of the Open Heart Volunteer Club Makhabbat Bakhitzhanova and the Chairman of the College Youth Affairs Committee Sailybai Gazyrzhan. Also, as a guest, the volunteer coordinator of the Aktobe regional branch of the Red Crescent of Kazakhstan Diyarov Yeralhan Askarovich attended.
