Protection of social and labor rights and professional competences of teachers and employee

 Together with the trade Union it is possible to protect professional interests of citizens and on the basis of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to solve the following interests of social partnership:

• Timely and fair pay for Union members;

• Compliance with occupational safety and health at the workplace;

• Free legal protection of social, labor, economic rights and interests of trade Union members;

• Performance to awards;

• The activity of the trade Union organization is based on the principles of activity and initiative of members, collective decisions;

• Carries out work on the organization and carrying out cultural and sports events for employees of College;

• The trade Union carries out the implementation of contracts guaranteeing the clear implementation of the issues raised in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
