26.10.21 According to the plan of the educational department of the Aktobe Higher Polytechnic College, the chief specialist of the Anti-Corruption Agency in the Aktobe region, Abekenov Maksat Danaevich, and the head of the project council of the Aktobe Adaldyk Alany project, Tazhimuratov Aitugan Baurzhanovich, met with the students of our college. The purpose of the meeting: to direct the views of teachers and students on corruption, to explain the concept of “corruption” and to form an understanding of the circumstances of its occurrence. To foster a responsible attitude towards the state and patriotic education.

Today, 11.11.20, in accordance with the plan “further improvement of anti-corruption” of the college, a meeting was held with the chief specialist of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Aktobe region, Abekenov Maksat Danaevich on the ZOOM platform. The main goal is the formation of an anti-corruption culture, prevention, ways of prevention, eradication of corruption in the education system, prevention of negative actions on the part of students and teachers, the formation of a conscientious environment.

“There is no corruption!” the section “information systems” sent a challenge to the group 103 AC of the section “general education disciplines”. The group 103 AC, which accepted the challenge, then goes with its video tutorials to the group 104 IC of the section “information systems”.

“There is no corruption!” group 102 PD of the section “general education disciplines” accepted group 104 IP and sent it to the section “technical specialties”. Students of each department actively continued the challenge.

“There is no corruption!” as part of the campaign, students of the 401 PG group will send the baton to the 201 AT group. 201 IT group accepted the challenge and sent IT to the 201 RM group.

As part of the fight against corruption, on November 18, 2020, in Aktobe Higher Polytechnic College, the head of the library I. N. and the methodologist of the college S. B. Eskalieva made a report “no corruption!”a seminar was held. The main purpose of the event: the formation of students’ anti-corruption worldview and negative attitude to corruption. During the seminar, students got acquainted with the main forms of corruption, took part in the discussion, expressed their opinions, presented their methods of fighting corruption, got acquainted with the book exhibition “parasattyk mektep”, demonstrated anti-corruption videos. The seminar was very interesting and eventful.

On 27.11.2020, a solemn ceremony of admission to the members of the Sanaly Urpak Volunteer Club of our college took place. 3 new students joined the ranks of volunteers. The goal of the club is to form a sense of responsibility, responsibility and an anti-corruption culture among the younger generation.

During the winter examination session, the management of the college and members of the volunteer group “Sanaly Urpak” organized an anti-corruption campaign “honest session”. The campaign is aimed at improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures, eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of acts of corruption in an educational institution. The main task is to form a culture of intolerance to corruption, identify corruption offenses in an educational institution, and consider possible mechanisms for their prevention. The results of the action showed the current state of the corruption situation in the college. There were no manifestations of corrupt behavior in the educational process. Students excluded corruption manifestations in the college. Students’ opinion: “an honest session helps to eliminate such a negative fact as corruption, thanks to such actions. This is important both for students and for education!”.

“Clean Session” promotion

The “Clean Session” campaign is being implemented, designed to create a moral, psychological, moral climate for eliminating, rejecting, condemning and discriminating against any corruption manifestations that discredit the reputation of the college.

As part of the “Clean Session” campaign, the college will implement measures to ensure the objectivity and transparency of the examination session, aimed at eliminating informal relations and corruption in the educational environment.
